Announcing the Circa 52 Blog Hop! {Plus an awesome giveaway!}

Announcing the Circa 52 Blog Hop! {Plus an awesome giveaway!}

Hello everyone!  Today is a great day.  Today I’m overjoyed to announce a Blog Hop with some very dear friends of ours.  We sent out yardage from the Circa 52 collection by Monaluna to six talented and inspiring bloggers, to see what they would do with Circa 52.  We hope you’ll join us on a six day tour of their projects,!  There will be lots of goodies to share like free downloads, free tutorials, and beautiful photos to inspire your own Circa 52 projects!

All seven Circa 52 prints!  Each design comes in both poplin and knit! {yay!}

Here are the stops we’re making on this tour:

Monday 1/26: Caroline from Sew Can She
Tuesday 1/27: Heidi from Fabric Mutt
Wednesday 1/28: Anneliese from Aesthetic Nest
Thursday 1/29: Melissa from Lunden Designs
Friday 1/30: Melissa from Brindille & Twig
Monday 2/2: Marte from Companie M.

You can read a bit about each of these amazing ladies below.  And don’t forget to enter our giveaway at the end of the post.

SewCanShe is the daily website for sewists. Inspiring you every day with something beautiful to sew. Free sewing patterns and tutorials.  Caroline is just the sweetest person, and our inbox inspires us daily with her beautiful tutorials!

Heidi is the kindest person, we had the opportunity to meet at Road to California last year.  Heidi is a wife, mother of three, and addicted to fabric… Head over to the Fabric Mutt Blog to join Heidi on her “sewing misadventures”!  You’ll find tons of unique patchwork and bag projects!

Anneliese from Aesthetic Nest  has a beautiful blog with tons of beautiful and inspiring projects.  Aesthetic nest documents Anneliese’s wide range of creative outlets from sewing projects, to crochet, and even party throwing projects.  Have a look!
Where do we start…  We’ve known Melissa for about 5 years, and she was such an instrumental part to the start of Birch Fabrics.  Melissa is one of the funnest and sweetest people we know and we are just so thrilled to have her be part of this tour.  Check out her line of quilting patterns on her website here

We’re big fans of the fabulous children’s patterns over at Brindille & Twig.  One goal of Melissa’s is to create easy-to-follow patterns for discerning mothers (or grandmothers) who want to dress their little ones in distinct, fashion-forward styles — without ever needing to compromise quality and comfort.  We’d say she hit a home run!

Last but not least, we’re proud to have Marte of Compagnie M.  Compagnie M is the name of Marte’s beautiful website where she creates beautiful children’s {and now venturing into women’s} clothing patterns.  We love her style and are very excited for the release of her paper patterns coming very very soon!
Now to enter the giveaway, simply use as many, or as little of the entry points as you want.  Each action guarantees you one entry point into the big virtual pot. 🙂  The winner will receive 1 yard of each print from Circa 52!  The winner can choose between poplin or knit fabrics!

    I've never used this line of birch fabrics before, but I've used Charley Harper and Acorn Trail. I guess I got into the sewing game a little too late for this line. If you are ever looking for tutorials for your blog (I follow Plum and June's blog and see her posts frequently) I'd love to do one! I just picked up some knits to make baby gowns for two soon-to-be-born babies and love the way your interlock knits feel:) Thanks for making such cute fabric! And please keep Teagan White on as a designer. I will always buy her fabric, if just to make quilts to donate when my girls have outgrown her. I love her drawings!
