Mod Burst Quilt Pattern
The Mod Burst Quilt Pattern is back, and now features 2 sizes! The original throw size version makes a 54″ square quilt using fat quarters, and our new wall hanging or play mat size finishes at a 27″ square using fat eights or even scraps. Woohoo!
The mini was brought to light by necessity of having only small strike off pieces to work with. What a great way to use small scraps! Check out our PDF pattern to find out how this quick and fun pattern comes together!
This version of Mod Burst features Just For Fun Vol. 3 by JayCyn Designs and Birch Basics.
We sure love a beautiful lawn quilt! This version uses There Was A Fox Lawn by Emily Isabella.
This pattern uses 4 at a time half square triangle method, which is both quick and fun!
Our play mat version includes canvas on the back and binding for added durability. This play mat is perfect for tummy time for newborns! The high contrast colors in There Was A Fox is a great component to help eyesight development.
This pattern is lovingly written by Birch gal Arleen.
